The Metropolitan is a modern, privately-managed student housing community located one block from the UC Berkeley campus. Each student resident gets a private bedroom in a suite shared with up to three other Cal students. Each suite is fully furnished and includes a bathroom, living room and kitchenette. The Metropolitan also includes large common kitchens with stainless steel appliances, game rooms, study lounges, a TV lounge, and a roof deck with a built-in barbecue and views of San Francisco.

Roll out of bed and pop across the street for your morning yoga class. Make it to the Bancroft Library in five minutes. Feel like eating lunch on your garden patio? It's just a short walk from anywhere on campus.
After class, a five minute walk gets you to downtown Berkeley or Telegraph Avenue to catch a movie or meet for coffee. Have a soccer match or ultimate game up at Maxwell field? Better give yourself 10 minutes, just to be safe.
